It's like being sucked into a black hole of headlines, hot takes, and existential dread, except instead of a spaceship, you're just lying in bed with unwashed hair and zero will to live.

We all do it. We all hate it. And yet... we do it anyway. It's not even fun! That's the worst part! It's not like we're bingeing our favorite show or falling down a nostalgic YouTube rabbit hole—no, we're just feeding our brain an endless buffet of world-ending disasters, awkward influencer drama, and vague unease.

Honestly, the only real cure? Phones with 30-minute batteries so we physically CANT scroll too much . Or maybe memes. Memes about doomscrolling. Because if we're going to spiral, we might as well laugh on the way down.
